The Rapide SL Insulated pad is light, tough, easy to inflate/deflate, and provides superior performance and packability for any adventure. With an R-Value of 4.8, it’s the perfect three-season, light weight pad to help keep you warm. Built of durable, superlight double rip-stop nylon fabric with aviation grade TPU lamination that provides ultimate weld strength and dependability.
Two layers of heat reflective film provide superior insulation at a lower packed size and weight, so you stay comfortable as the temperatures drop. Sleeping on frozen ground? Increase thermal insulation by adding a Big Agnes Closed-Cell Foam Pad
The Rapide SL pads are built with a quilted top that provides a cushioned pillowy sleeping surface. The proprietary offset I-Beam construction reduces weight and provides consistent stability and comfort. The pad is 3.5” thick with 4.25” larger outer chambers that keep you comfortably cradled in the middle of the pad. You do not sacrifice comfort with these lightweight pads – Long 20”x 78” pad weighs just 19 oz. and packs to 4” x 7.5”.
The high-volume valves with micro adjustments make for fast inflation/deflation and easy fine tuning to your preferred firmness. The included pumphouse high volume Inflation sack inflates your pad in seconds, without introducing extra moisture into your pad. Protective storage sack, replacement valve seal and 3M repair patches are also included with your pad.
